RPS 8194 is a small two-storey stone warehouse on Usher's Island that backs onto Island Street, sitting immediately beside the former HSE Eastern Region Day Centre at 9 Usher's Island. It is one of a cluster of eight protected structures at the western end of the south quays and is a surviving fragment of the area's 18th–19th-century quayside warehousing/merchant character. Its own occupancy and physical condition are not documented in the sources reviewed, so its current status is unverified.
