Blake and Linnane is a regionally rated pair of early nineteenth-century houses with distinctive late nineteenth-century timber shopfronts at a prominent corner beside Ennistymon's historic bridge. [1][2] An Taisce's August 2019 assessment described the buildings as vacant, poorly maintained and at critical risk; the approved road scheme is intended to retain and complement the town's historic fabric. [3][5]
