Summary

32–33 College Green is a landmark Victorian neo-Classical bank façade — the former Ulster Bank — standing directly across from Trinity College and the Bank of Ireland at the historic heart of Dublin. Only the ashlar limestone façade (including its domed roof and flanking chimneys) is a protected structure; the office accommodation behind it was rebuilt in 1975. [1][3] The building has been vacant since Ulster Bank wound down its Irish operations in 2023, was offered for sale in 2024, and is now the subject of a proposed conversion to a five-star hotel.
